Hostellerie de l'Écu de Bretagne

The Hostellerie de l'Écu de Bretagne is a thirty-two room hotel rated three stars, in Beaugency in the Loiret, thirty kilometres from Orléans and fifteen minutes from Meung-sur-Loire.

The hotel

The hotel occupies an old building in the heart of the medieval town, a few steps from the Notre-Dame abbey church, the keep and the bridge over the Loire. Beaugency is a stage on the Loire à Vélo cycle route and a gateway to the châteaux of Chambord and Cheverny.

Rooms are spread over several floors around a courtyard. Breakfast is served in the dining room, with fresh produce and identified local products, in line with the collection's standards.

The hotel welcomes business guests during the week, leisure guests at weekends, and groups and coach parties by arrangement.
